The new Amazon Kindle Fire tablet is getting positive reviews, though it's a bit early to say whether it will be a real threat to the Apple iPad. As you can see from the following report, it has a lot going for it, including Amazon's powerful "cloud" computing infrastructure. And the big feature is price. It's going to sell for $199, less than half the price of the cheapest iPad. My take: devices like these will continue to drive more and more multi-media content to the web.
