Most people head to a job. They go to work. Fewer actually realize that they have the capacity and the potential to produce art.
Think about your office. Everyone has the same computers, access to the same information and the same opportunities. Yet, some people produce far more and do far more. They seem to have better ideas. What's up with that?

My guess is that they don't think of their job as a job. They don't think in terms of going to "work." They think like artists. They think like composers. They think like a movie producer. They see how they can make an impact and then go out and make it.
As you head to the office, try to put the politics and the bickering aside. Think about your "job" in new, fresh terms. What new value can you bring? What more can you accomplish? Is the company better off because you're there?
