You only get to live this day once. After that it's in the past. It's yesterday's news. You can't change a thing about yesterday. Today is different. You can still change what happens today. But not if you snooze.
Yes, we all need sleep. If you need a bit more sleep, go to bed earlier the night before. Get up, get going, and embrace the opportunity.
