I mean you've fallen back into the routines you vowed would change at the beginning of the year. Your goals are now back-burner dreams. You've hit the snooze button one too many times. So, here's your wake up call.
Still plenty of time left in the year to make it as full and vibrant as possible. Still time to do some of the things you promised yourself, your spouse or your kids that you'd do.
But you need to get up and get moving. Don't let the routines turn into ruts. Because you know what happens to ruts? If they get deep enough, they turn into graves.
